You could use the Runas command in the logon script and run it as a user
with privileges.

Subject: [THIN] Anonymous Script

I want to create a simple script for an anonymous application that would run
when a connection is made, but this application requires membership in a
Global Group in my NT Domain. How can I grant the anonymous connection
those rights that come with Global Group Membership? I can't publish the
application explicitly.
