Thanks Steve, I should have included in the mail that id edited this area already with the new password. I assume your thinking about the Service Account in the access gateway server configuration ?

This didnt help the Citrix Logon Agent start however. Does anyone have any more ideas ?

Did you check your authentication settings in the AAC console? I *think* but don’t remember for sure that when you populate the AD domain information for the logon point that it wants account credentials. I may be confusing this with an LDAP setting, but either way, check you AD settings in the ACC console where you define the authentication parameters….

I changed our w2k3 Domain admin password, which seems to have a bad affect on our AAC server

Ive changed all the relevant services over to the new password, which now start ok, and ive also changed the identity details on all of the relevant COM+ applications, which all are now running apart from one, which is the Citrix Logon Agent

When I try and start it, it fails with the error 'error code 80080005 - server execution failed' which in turn gives an event log with an error code of  'Error Code = 0x8007007e : The specified module could not be found.'

There's a couple of forum posts which basically suggest rebooting the SQL server, but that doesnt help. Does anyone have any ideas ?

Thanks

Andy
