[THIN] 2003 Server Shutdown

        Anyone else having problems with TSSHUTDN and rebooting a 2003
server?
        We are getting  an error with Event ID 1073 with "The attempt by
user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
        to restart/shutdown computer LKWDARTMT1 failed."

        We have none of these problems on the 2000 servers just about 4
with 2003, some with SP1 and some not.
        Any ideas?
