[THIN] 2000 SP4 Breaks Logins

I apologize for this topic; I know it was covered and I breezed right by
it.

 

After applying Windows 2000 SP4 security rollup update on XP FR3 ICA
clients just sit on a blue screen and never get to the login. I rolled
back the update and we're fine but I can't seem to find a patch to fix
this behaviour.
