[THIN] 11 x 17 printer Driver for Win2PDF

Does anyone have a good printer driver that works in Citrix / Terminal
Server environment that will print 11 x 17 print documents? We are using a
Win2PDF application to generate documents in PDF and we need 11 x 17 print
documents. We are running Win2k Servers, SP2 with hot fixes, MetaFrame XPe
FR2 / SP2 environment.
