    Completely remove :anacrontab support
    
    For some reasons, :anacrontab is good; but i am not very
    sure how it really helps. In my life I have no problem without
    it. Now a common system table will be installed, and that is
    used to replace known :anacrontab stuff. It is much cleaner

    Prepare for #theslinux
    
    * Remove package information :pkg{ver,rel,name}
    * Disable :anacron support (we do not really this)
    * Enable system /etc/crontab enabled (this is enabled
      by default on many systems. Not sure why ArchLinux
      decices to move on another way
    * Remove checksums information
    * Replace tabs by spaces
