[TheNoir] Changes in the Wind

To the Crew of the Noir,
As we all know, Admiral Gem is stepping down from her role as CPA Commander and
Chief. This of course brings with it, great change as we all knew it would. I
am afraid however that the change, in the long run, will not be for the best.
Which is why the Noir along with the Tempest and Georgetown are pulling out of
the group. I leave the choice of staying with us as we venture out, or leaving
up to each of you. I hope you choose to stay with us. You are all a great group
of writers.
