industry leading warranty, service and customer care are key components of the
superior experience we work to deliver.
Rest assured that PulteGroup continues to stand behind its warranty, but given
the disruptions and health concerns created by COVID-19, we are adjusting our
warranty process until May 1st or further notice.
Effective immediately, warranty and service work will be limited to emergency
needs only. Emergency needs are defined as electrical, plumbing, heating,
air-conditioning and other critical operations that materially compromise the
safety and functionality of your home. This service limitation applies to all
new and existing warranty requests for which work has yet to begin.
To further minimize potential health risks, before conducting any in-home
service, we will be asking all homeowners and service providers to voluntarily
answer several questions regarding their general health and possible exposure
to COVID-19.
Should you have a service emergency, we ask that you contact us through email
or the Owners Entry Portal. Our Customer Care Coordinators will contact you
promptly to discuss next steps based on your individual warranty needs.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to protect
the health of our customers, employees and trade partners.
