Thom and I just met the two fellows that will be "flipping" the house across
the street from us - Aaron (from Tiger Mountain) and Mike (from Milton).
They are going to "re-store" the house. They said that the inside has some
incredibly nice features. After they are done it will be a 4-bedroom, 2
full bath house. They are going to put a deck off the back. Not too much
in front drive and cement/rock wall will change (too much $$$), but they
will topcoat the drive so it looks better.
This is good news, yes?
