Tommy from Nubelt?
I approve of him. He seems like a nice person.
I might be able to help out to. With training or whatever.

It doesnt make sense to have talked about not doing tommy shows and kinda
shit on him and then make him an actual bottomliner so I am leaning towards
no. I know these things are coming up quickly and money is an issue but
maybe we should do a call out for new bottomliners in general instead of
going back on original discussions.

Do we have to approve of new bottmoliners at a meeting? If so we won't be
able to have him run May 8th. I don't mind taking that show on if necessary.
I might need help finding volunteers, I'm going to be away until May 6th and
then right back to work so the schedule is a bit tight for me.

I'd be okay with Tommy being an external bottomliner, but I don't
personally have any opportunities to train him. Also the gigs he proposed
are on Tuesday and a Monday, which makes it hard for a lot of us to
bottomline. If we get him to run the shows on weeknights as a new
bottomliner, though, I think we should strongly recommend limiting the gigs
to 3 bands.

I have been thinking that it might be a good idea if we had more external
bottom liners because it would bring in more bands from different
communities and bring us more money. If we are saying he can be an
external bottom liner, I wouldn’t mind shadowing him for some of these
shows. If we are saying he shouldn’t be a bottom liner I will run some of
those shows. I don’t mind doing it, I just only committed to one of the
proposed shows in case someone else would do them.

Hey,
Tommy is asking if he can run these metal shows himself, since no one on
the collective wants to - meaning he wants to become an external
bottomliner. My gut instinct is to say no, but it would bring the space
money.
What do you guys think,

Subject: VERY IMPORTANT - SHOW PROPOSALS
Hey all,
I have the following list of show proposals, but Anju considers her shows
already booked, as Tay approved them before they quit. Please get back to
me ASAP about what we're going to do/which shows we can take on, and
which shows we want to cancel.
Anjus list of shows she considers confirmed that need bottomliners are as
follows:
June 17th – Unholy Grave (“It’s actually Goat's show”)
June 23rd – Covenant Early Show (to end at 7pm)
Tommy Poppers also gave me these Show Proposals:
May 8th – Sparrows, Tigerwine
July 23rd – LMI (States)
August 19th – CANT DO THIS SHOW DUE TO CONFLICT
Hope to hear back from y'all ASAP,
-Eris
