BlankI don't know if this is accessible with screen-readers, yet.
But, the directions are pretty simple -- each setting is marked by Green for
recommended; Yellow for possibly safe; and RED for not recommended to change.
You
can create system restore points before applying changes; and the program is
portable.
You can manage privacy settings, location settings, access to mic and camera,
driver
update settings, and more.
If you do a lot of Windows 10 installations, you can export a file that you can
use
to update each PC.
It is made by OOSoftware, from Germany and is
"shutup10".
