Since you're sharing with an e-mail group, there's a public folder you can
use.
It's been a while since I've used it, but I think you can access it from
your Drop Box list.
go to that folder, and zip up the file. Then arrow down, I think,
and there will be an option to copy to your clip board. Press enter, and
it'll say copied to clipboard.
Write an e-mail to the group and paste the link into it, that should do it.

If you're sharing a folder with the person on Drop Box you want to share the
file or whatever with, just copy and paste it into your shared folder.
