Subject: [texbirds] help with woodland sound Houston area
As a transplanted Iowan I’m unfamiliar with this call. I think it’s a frog/toad
of some sort but can’t find a matching spectro online. I’m hearing this in
woods at Cypress Park and along Cypress Creek in riparian woods. I’m sure it’s
common here in Houston, and haven’t been able to pin it to any bird.
