[texbirds] Western grebe chambers county

At about 10 am I photographed a western grebe in upper Galveston bay within the
northern edge of chambers county. It was at the end of cedar point road south
of the Baytown area. Park just before the gas plant and scope the bay. This is
the same place I had a black scoter two weeks ago. Morning is best for the sea
ducks and grebes as they are closer in.
