[texbirds] Tropical Parula: Kleberg County

This morning I found a Tropical Parula at Santa Gertrudis Creek Sanctuary
(CTC 089) just south east of Kingsville. It was in a loose flock of
Black-crested Titmice, Orange-crowned Warblers, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, and
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher. This location is along Hwy 1717.
