at his seat and immediately started preening which seems to be his usual

It did stand up once and turn some

And young sandwich terns too

A group of 7 western willets was resting next to the jaeger whereas the

Whimbrels were on Bolivar flats where they were catching crabs
http://www.pbase.com/joseph_kennedy_36/image/163738308
It was hard to eat them as the laughing gulls poached on the prey but the
whimbrels poached on the western willets
http://www.pbase.com/joseph_kennedy_36/image/163738309
Its hard for a whimbrels to drink with the long bill
