Not sure how my English version from my surface pro got converted to the

The Woodham farm and prairie chickens:
I grew up down the road from Mr. Woodham's farm on Hwy 1266 (now Dickinson
Ave) and went to school in Dickinson with his daughter in the sixties.
Recall flushing a few of the prairie chickens while horseback riding out
near his place. There was an article in one of the local
newspapers about the prairie chickens and how he was trying to help them. I
believe the article was in the late sixties. There was a
picture of Mr. Woodham and a mount of one of the prairie chickens he found
dead on the farm with the article. A wonderful family.
