[texbirds] TOS Winter Meeting update

Here is the latest update for the TOS Winter meeting to be held in Round
Rock January 16-21.  The following trips are now full:

Fri-1, 8, 10, 17
Sat-19, 27, 34
Sun-40, 46

Another 10 nearing full status

To date we have 134 registrations received which doesn't include the 20 or
so field trip leaders who have agreed to lead field trip.  If you to attend
and get field trips you would like I strongly suggest that you go to
www.texasbirds.org, choose the meeting tab, and open the Winter meeting
information where you will find a link to the registration material.  Time
is running out, so act now.

FIELD TRIP LEADERS-IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED PLEASE DO SO IMMEDIATELY.  WE
NEED TO MAKE YOU A NAME TAG AND HAVE YOUR INFORMATION.   IF YOU HAVE
QUESTIONS CONTACT ME.

As I expected this is going to be a very well attended meeting.  We are
expecting a crowd of 200.  Now is the time, do not wait.

Note: to secure a room at the Wingate call 512-341-7000, the number on the
PDF is wrong.
