[texbirds] Striped Sparrow

It was foggy and chilly, but the Striped Sparrow did not disappoint. Seen
first about 11:45 at some distance and again at 1:30 in much better photo
range. Best viewing was to stand in the edge of the woods between the No
Dumping sign and the little culvert with the stickup boxes in it.
My thanks to A. J. from Austin for all his help in locating the bird and for
his other very helpful advice.
