[texbirds] Smith Point hawk watch, fish and oyster fry

Just a reminder that the annual smith point fish and oyster fry is on
Saturday and provides good food in a good cause (VFD).
Great chance to combine it with hawks or an earlier stop at Anahuac or High
Island.
Note that there has been some rain in the area and the mosquito eggs that
were laid on the dry ground were washed into nice hatching pools. Small
rains earlier but good ones this week so the great horde of bugs will not
arrive until early next week.
Note the fish fry is now indoors out of the weather.
