[texbirds] Slight Change to KATYTOS

Due to a new wrinkle in their system, those of you who are planning to post to
KATYTOS must make one slight alteration to your text. It took a few days, but
we've figured out the bug.
The post must start with Alert KATYTOS, not just KATYTOS. That will send the
message out to the group.
This is different than TOSRBA and PORTA. Not sure why, but it is.
Example: alert KATYTOS Rusty Blackbird 1 female north of woods @ Fox and
Golbow, Bear Creek Park
Example 2: Alert katytos 5 Sprague's pipit, Paul Rushing Park behind dog park
So, those of you who are coming to Houston on Wednesday or Thursday, please
post what you're seeing.
