[texbirds] Semipalmated sandpiper banded in Peru

The banded semipalmated sandpiper I photographed back on May 10 was banded
in the Paracas National Reserve, Peru on November 2, 2013.

The band (7PL) suffered color change and was originally all yellow. The
sandpiper would then one of the western birds that could nest as far west
as eastern Siberia.
Several others also photographed and viewed the sandpiper at the Ruff
railing.
