I did a walk around Willow Lake at Santa Ana NWR this warm muggy morning. Willow has plenty of water but not many birds. The new boardwalk at the west end seems to be complete. There was a singing Northern Beardless-Tyrannulet, Least and Yellow-bellied Flycatchers and a Yellow Warbler.
