[texbirds] Re: Ruff Reports Today?

Posts of this nature, totally garbled, seem to happen relatively 
frequently. Can anyone give a technical explanation for what is 
happening? More specifically, is the "problem" with the sender, the 
Texbirds system, or the mail program used to display the message? Did 
everyone get this message garbled or just some people?
