[texbirds] Resaca de la Palma SP - Alternate Directions During Road Work

la Palma State Park while work is done on the railroad crossing. New
Carmen is open between 281 (Military Hwy) and the park entrance although
you will find equipment working on improvements and signs warning the road
is not open to through traffic. Estimated completion is Monday or
Tuesday. Maybe.
*Directions:* Traveling west on FM 1732, please continue west and turn at
the stop light on FM 1421 to your left (south). This road will merge into
Military Hwy. 281, turn left (southeast), drive for 1.8 miles and turn left
(north), at New Carmen Av. Turn right (east), before the railroad
construction, to enter the Park. If you need more information please
