This is just a reminder that today, from 1:30 to 3:30 PM, Kleb Woods will have
a program about the shorebirds of Texas. We have specimens on loan from the
Biodiversity Research and Teaching Collections at Texas A&M. This is a unique
opportunity to study these birds up close. You will be able to compare them and
look at some key structural features used in shorebird identification.
Also, save the date for two more bird programs this spring at Kleb Woods:
April 11 (1:30-3:30 PM) - Warbler identification with specimens
May 16 (1:30-3:30 PM) - Birding Then and Now on the UTC by Bob Honig and Fred
