[texbirds] Refugio Western Tanager Continues

I saw the Western Tanager today at 4:00pm in the same area that Susan Foster
found the bird awhile back. The bird was seen in the vicinity of the Green
Kingfisher overlook, to the right of the old bathrooms. The bird was being
very shy and not vocalizing. The red is really starting to show on the
head.
