[texbirds] Red-necked Phalaropes - yes!

The Red-necked Phalaropes found by Rex and Birgit Stanford on Friday at the
Port Isabel Reservoir, and confirmed by Dan Jones yesterday, were re-found this
afternoon with the help of a friend who has a scope - lifer for me!
