I went to Quintana today (9-24-12) with Teri Zambon to see the 2 Red-necked Phalarope's. I was able to get photos of one of them with a large group of Wilson's Phalarope's. http://www.flickr.com/photos/gregpage/8021392030/in/photostream I got distant photos of the other Red-necked Phalarope. On the way home we stopped at Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge and saw 2 Merlin's.
