[texbirds] Ray Hubbard CBC and Killdeer

In my section of the count had a good day. Added several new birds to the area.
Big misses were Shrike, Northern Harrier and English Sparrow. But the biggest
miss was Killdeer. Have several good areas to get them. Is this a fluke or are
they in low numbers this year?
