[texbirds] RGV dirt road conditions?

Hi all -
I have not been down to the Valley since November, and I know that there have
been rains since then. I am planning a quick trip down on Monday. How is the
road surface for a regular passenger car on the old Port Isabel Road between Rt
100 and 511? How about dirt Buena Vista running north from 100 to 510?
