I would plan to spend quite a bit of time at the Fal rest stop -- there is lots
of habitat variety, surprisingly. And bathrooms.

Given eight hours (and a passenger car) what would be the best way for a
birder to spend their time in Brooks County during a day in late July or
early August?
I am trying to rough together an itinerary for a decent day afield but have
absolutely no first hand knowledge of the county at all.
