The Purple Martin roost in Stafford is in full swing. Thousands are using the
park directly behind the Old Navy before moving to the shopping center around
8:30PM. Last night tens of thousands moved into the trees in front of Sports
Authority and Old Navy between 8:30PM and 9PM. More information is available on
the Houston Audubon website. The roost can be found at The Fountains Shopping
Center off of 59 between Kirkwood and Dairy Ashford. It is quite a sight! We
hope to have TV coverage very soon.
