[texbirds] Painted Redstart continues at UTPA

Javier DeLeon, Ben Horstmann and I saw the Painted Redstart again at the
University of Texas-Pan American campus--best views were at the southwest
corner of the science building, right near and at the covered walkway. This
was yesterday (Sunday) morning.
