[texbirds] Osprey

All,
Had an Osprey on the UTC approx. 8 mi n. of Galveston Island, along IH 45.
Too, dry to find vocal Black Rails at the usual places, on the Island.
Tried early and tried often, but no calls or responses to calls. The
drying has produced areas where numbers of herons, egrets, spoonbills,
cormorants, etc. are aggregating.
