Both Long-tailed Ducks were seen at Bolivar Flats in Galveston County this
morning. The more worn one was in the rack line along the waters edge past the
bollards. The nicer looking one appeared on a section on mud where the Gulls
and shorebirds were gathered, also past the bollards. A few minutes later it
disappeared without anyone seeing it leave. It may have laid down, but I just
don't know.
