[texbirds] Long-eared Owl in Houston

A friend sent a photo of a Long-eared Owl seen around 5 p.m. on the edge of a
playground. It was in a tree that was almost leafless (maybe elm).
The location is a school playground near the corner of Robin Hood and
Morningside, just off Kirby.
