[texbirds] Lewisville Lake Park

I usually start seeing Forster's Terns on the lake in July. Today there
were about 220 resting on one of the sandy points jutting into the lake.
There were also 28 Least Terns, 1 Black Tern and 2 Western Sandpipers.
