[texbirds] Lewis's Woodpecker not seen today

The Lewis's Woodpecker seen near Shallowater yesterday (and several days)
ago was not found today but, given the extreme cold that observers were
dealing with, this might not mean anything. Good forage is abundant at the
site, the trees being used by the bird are loaded with snug cavities, and I
wouldn't be surprised if the bird is simply lying low.
