3 Hudsonian Godwits....Unfortunately between point and could not see them
from either
2 White-rumped Sandpipers...Ditto
In the past 14-15 counts I have never missed the following but sure did
today, not a single:
Cassin's Sparrow
White-tailed Hawk
and amazingly no Whistling Ducks or ducks of any kind
Snowy Egret
Reddish Egret
Brown Pelican
.........................????
At one stop I had only a single species in the 3 min. stop (Red-winged
Blackbirds)
and a couple of others only 2 species.....ditto plus Mourning Dove or
Killdeer.
These very slow stops were at grain fields , mostly milo.
