Crimson-collared Grosbeak, Brownsville’s Sabal Palm Sanctuary 11:08 am, 
22-Feb-13. Thanks, Seth.
 
Red-billed Pigeons at Salineno,: 22-Feb-13, flyover by three at 5:53 pm just 
up-river from the boat launch; 23-Feb-13, scope views of about five in top of 
bare tree in center of island up-river from boat launch, seen by many just 
around 8 am.
 
White-collared Seedeaters at Laredo, 23-Feb-13, 3 pm, two singing males, about 
100 yards down-river from the two international bridges.  Thank you, Las
