I spent all day in Lynn County on Saturday - braving heat, sticky roads,
and mosquitoes, trying to find some new critters for my 2017 Photographic
Challenge list.
I didn't add many new critters but conditions were damp (particularly)

Later in the day (evening) I had my first Rufous Hummingbird of the season:
a brilliant male at my feeder in Lubbock.
