Late in the day Goose Island turned into a warbler's paradise:
Chestnut-sided
Blackburnian
Blue-winged
Golden-winged
Prothonotary
Tropical and Northern Parula
Tennessee
Kentucky
Canada
Nashville
American Redstart
Orange-crowned
Worm-eating
Yellow
Black and White
The action got started at noon, but around 3 it really got hot as most
warblers came in after 3. The typical assortment of orioles and catbirds
and others were in abundance as well.
