Bird Walk around the Visitor Center at Laguna Atascosa NWR produced the
usual suspects with a pair of Carolina Wren for a bonus.
The Altamira Oriole pair was very cooperative for the visitors at the
Gazebo.
The Crimson-collared Grosbeak was seen this morning in the Potato Trees
along the sidewalk between the Visitor Center and the Office.
The Northern Beardless Tyranulet that was photographed yesterday morning
was not seen today, but that doesn't mean he is not still around.
Reminder, the Bayside Loop will be closing at the end of the month for
reconstruction. Only 2 more days to experience this unique habitat before
closure.
