For some reason I have not been able to post to Texbirds. If you feel this is worthy of posting, please do so. Darrell Vollert Hello Everyone, Early this morning(10/14) I heard a flyover Pine Siskin at my Chappell Hill residence. Later in the morning I had another flyover Pine Siskin in the Gun and Rod Addition on the east side of Brenham. These siskins are more than a month earlier than I usually get them in Washington County. They are the first siskins of the year in my local patch, as I did not have any in the area during the 2013-14 winter season. Also had my first Yellow-rumped Warbler of the fall in the Gun and Road Addition this morning.
