I live in the Upper Coastal Area and look forward to Joe Kennedy's post's they 
are fun and informative. 
I'm sure we all would like nothing more than the safest environment possible. 
All of us simply becoming aware, and more attentive to the plight of the birds, 
and our environment is a positive.
