It was directly across from a historical marker on the south side of the road. I think some folks may have also gotten an address off an old mailbox at the site. There is a steep drop off just north of and beyond the iron pipe gate and the flycatcher quite often dropped down and out of sight. Occasionally it would pop up and perch roughly 3' off the ground on a bare stem. When we last saw it around 4pm or so, it had actually perched on the telephone lines on the north side of the road immediately east of the pull-off and historical marker. This is about a mile, maybe less, east of McKinney Falls Parkway. Dee Gabriel Collins intersects McKinney Falls Parkway just a couple hundred yards north of the house with the Coldwell Banker sign.
