[texbirds] Flammulated Owl and Crimson-collared Grosbeak Showing Well - Monday February 25th

TexBirders,
The Flammulated Owl at the South Padre Island Convention Center was
showing well today (Monday February 25th). It was in the top of a
small sapling about 5 feet in from the edge of the plantings on the
east side of the sidewalk which divides the two planted areas. The
entire owl was visible!
The female Crimson-collared Grosbeak at Sabal Palms was seen several
times today, and is now feeding on the "potato" tree near the deck at
the feeding area in addition to coming into the back of the water
feature as has been previously noted.
