Howdy y'all,
It was a super hot and humid morning and was hoping to see some diehard
birders to come and go on my first birdwalk since returning from my two month
vacation in Virginia but had no shows so John and I took the tram and covered
most of the park. After lunch, we did another outing with a couple of birding
friends covering much of the same area. I just did my EBird report and racked
up an impressive 76 species for the day. Not bad for a hot summer day, wouldn't
you say? So come on out on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 AM and join
us. The park is looking great and the birds are loving it. Soooo.....
