Susan Billetdeaux at NARBA does an excellent job of getting sightings posted
fast and not posting unconfirmed sightings. Here is what Susan said regarding
the site, " The TX RBA (on the NARBA site) is free to everyone (and includes
all NARBA sightings for Texas as well as TX review birds and a few others of
special interest)."

An easier solution is checking BIRDSEYE NA
It shows all the sightings of the rare or notable bird, plus who and when
This is a newer program that hasn't been out long
It also gives pictures and data on that species
You can pull up the original Ebird post to see if there is enough data to pursue
